The Multidimensional Wellness Assessment measures your wellness behaviour in seven dimensions that all influence your state of wellness. These dimensions include body; mind; soul; occupational; social; emotional; and meaning & purpose. The balance between these dimensions and the gap between your desired and existing situation of wellness is reported.

The Work & Lifestyle Assessment measures work related health and lifestyle risks through a medical-, physical-, and lifestyle screening Workstyle and health history is gathered through a self-reporting survey. This tool is a physical wellbeing analysis instrument and incorporates work related physical health and general lifestyle related health into one comprehensive report. The Work & Lifestyle Assessment includes the Health Risk Assessment tool.

This tool uses computer software to analyze and report on individual health risks according to international standards. Information is gathered on self-reported health behaviors, personal health history, family health history, and biomedical screening data. The key advantage of using our Health Risk Assessment is its dual role – in addition to providing your organization a comprehensive employee health profile for program planning, the Health Risk Assessment is particularly valuable when used at the individual level to introduce wellness coaching and other behavioral and risk-reduction intervention.
